At Zajimobile, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a warranty on selected electronic accessories to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following terms carefully to understand what is and isn’t covered.

1. Warranty Coverage Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures that occur under normal, intended use during the specified warranty period.

2. Warranty Period The warranty period varies depending on the product (e.g., charging cables, power banks, chargers). The specific warranty period for each item is stated on the product page and will be printed on your invoice/receipt. If no warranty period is mentioned, the item is sold “as is” with only our standard 3-day return policy for dead-on-arrival (DOA) items.

3. What is NOT Covered (Warranty Exclusions) The warranty will be considered void under the following conditions:

  • Physical Damage: Broken parts, cracked screens, bent connectors, severed cables, or any damage caused by dropping or impact.
  • Liquid Damage: Exposure to water, moisture, or any other liquids.
  • Electrical Damage: Burn marks, short circuits caused by power surges, or using incompatible adapters.
  • Improper Use: Misuse, neglect, or failing to follow the product’s operating instructions.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, cosmetic damage, or natural degradation of batteries over time.
  • Unauthorized Repair: Any attempt to open, modify, or repair the product by an unauthorized third party.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send a message to our customer service via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID, Invoice, and a short video or photo showing the defect.
  2. Return the Item: Once approved by our team, you will need to return the defective item to us. Items must be returned with their original packaging and accessories. (Without the original box with serial numbers/holograms, we cannot claim the warranty from our suppliers).
  3. Inspection: Our technical team will inspect the item to verify the defect.

5. Resolutions If the defect is confirmed and falls under the warranty coverage, we will:

  • Replace the item with a brand new one of the exact same model.
  • If the exact model is out of stock, we will offer a replacement of equal value or provide store credit / a refund.

6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the defective item back to us. If the warranty claim is approved, Zajimobile will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to the customer.
