Terms of Service (සේවා කොන්දේසි)

ZajiMobile වෙබ් අඩවිය වෙත ඔබව සාදරයෙන් පිළිගනිමු. මෙම වෙබ් අඩවිය භාවිතා කිරීමෙන් හෝ භාණ්ඩ මිලදී ගැනීම් සිදුකිරීමෙන් ඔබ පහත සඳහන් සේවා කොන්දේසි මාලාවට එකඟ වී ඇති බව සලකනු ලැබේ. කරුණාකර ඇණවුමක් කිරීමට පෙර මේවා හොඳින් කියවා වටහා ගන්න.

1. සාමාන්‍ය කොන්දේසි (General Conditions)

  • අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවියේ ඇති සේවාවන් භාවිතා කළ හැක්කේ වයස අවුරුදු 18 හෝ ඊට වැඩි, නීත්‍යානුකූලව ගිවිසුම්වලට එළඹිය හැකි පුද්ගලයින්ට පමණි.
  • කිසිදු නීති විරෝධී හෝ අනවසර අරමුණක් සඳහා අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවිය හෝ එහි අන්තර්ගතයන් භාවිතා නොකළ යුතුය.

2. ගිණුම් ලියාපදිංචිය සහ ආරක්ෂාව (Account Registration & Security)

  • අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවියේ ගිණුමක් සෑදීමේදී (User Registration) ඔබ ලබාදෙන තොරතුරු 100%ක්ම නිවැරදි සහ යාවත්කාලීන තොරතුරු විය යුතුය.
  • ඔබගේ ගිණුමේ මුරපදය (Password) රහසිගතව තබා ගැනීම ඔබගේ වගකීමක් වන අතර, එම ගිණුම හරහා සිදුවන සියලුම ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සඳහා ඔබ වගකිව යුතුය.

3. භාණ්ඩ සහ මිල ගණන් (Products & Pricing)

  • වෙබ් අඩවියේ පෙන්වා ඇති සියලුම මිල ගණන් ශ්‍රී ලංකා රුපියල් (LKR) වලින් දක්වා ඇත.
  • පූර්ව දැනුම්දීමකින් තොරව ඕනෑම අවස්ථාවක භාණ්ඩවල මිල ගණන් වෙනස් කිරීමට හෝ භාණ්ඩ වෙබ් අඩවියෙන් ඉවත් කිරීමට අපට අයිතියක් ඇත.
  • වෙබ් අඩවියේ ඇති භාණ්ඩවල ඡායාරූපවල පැහැය සහ නියම භාණ්ඩයේ පැහැය ඔබ භාවිතා කරන තිරයේ (Screen) ස්වභාවය අනුව සුළු වශයෙන් වෙනස් විය හැක.

4. ගෙවීම් කටයුතු සහ ආරක්ෂාව (Payments & Security via PayHere)

  • අප වෙබ් අඩවියේ සියලුම ආරක්ෂිත මූල්‍ය ගනුදෙනු සිදුකරනු ලබන්නේ ලංකාවේ ප්‍රමුඛතම සහ මහ බැංකුවේ අනුමත PayHere Payment Gateway සේවාව මඟිනි.
  • ඔබගේ ක්‍රෙඩිට්/ඩෙබිට් කාඩ්පත් තොරතුරු කිසිවක් අපගේ සර්වර්වල ගබඩා නොවන අතර, එම සියලුම දත්ත PayHere පද්ධතිය හරහා ඉතාමත් ආරක්ෂිතව සැකසෙනු ලබයි.

5. ප්‍රවාහනය සහ ඩිලිවරි (Shipping & Delivery)

  • ඔබ ඇණවුම ලබාදුන් පසු, අප විසින් තෝරාගත් විශ්වාසවන්ත ලංකාවේ කුරියර් සේවාවක් හරහා භාණ්ඩ ඔබගේ ලිපිනයටම එවීමට කටයුතු කරනු ලැබේ.
  • ඇණවුම කුරියර් සේවාවට භාරදුන් පසු, ඒ පිළිබඳ ට්‍රැකින් අංකය (Tracking Number) ඔබගේ Dashboard (My Account) එකට හෝ ඊමේල් ලිපිනයට එවනු ලැබේ.
  • ස්වභාවික විපත්, ඇඳිරි නීතිය හෝ කුරියර් සේවාවන්හි සිදුවන ප්‍රමාදයන් නිසා සිදුවන ප්‍රමාද දෝෂ සඳහා ZajiMobile වගකියනු නොලැබේ.

6. පාලක නීතිය (Governing Law)

  • මෙම සේවා කොන්දේසි සහ වෙබ් අඩවිය හරහා සිදුවන සියලුම ගනුදෙනු ශ්‍රී ලංකා ජනරජයේ පවතින නීති රීතිවලට යටත් වේ.

4. Payments & Security via PayHere

  • All financial transactions on our online store are processed securely through the PayHere Payment Gateway (Central Bank approved).
  • ZajiMobile does not capture, process, or store any sensitive credit/debit card information on its servers. All data is securely processed directly by PayHere using top-tier encryption protocols.

5. Shipping & Delivery Logistics

  • Once an order is confirmed, products will be dispatched via trusted domestic courier services in Sri Lanka to your designated delivery address.
  • Tracking numbers will be generated and updated under your Customer Dashboard (My Account) or sent via email.
  • ZajiMobile shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by unexpected courier constraints, severe weather, or national emergencies.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any transaction executed through this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

ZajiMobile வலைத்தளத்திற்கு உங்களை அன்புடன் வரவேற்கிறோம். இந்த வலைத்தளத்தைப் பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் அல்லது பொருட்களை வாங்குவதன் மூலம், பின்வரும் சேவை விதிமுறைகளுக்கு நீங்கள் கட்டுப்பட ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறீர்கள். ஆர்டர் செய்வதற்கு முன் இவற்றை கவனமாகப் படித்துப் புரிந்து கொள்ளவும்.

  • எந்தவொரு சட்டவிரோதமான அல்லது அங்கீகரிக்கப்படாத நோக்கங்களுக்காக எங்கள் வலைத்தளத்தையோ அல்லது அதன் உள்ளடக்கங்களையோ பயன்படுத்தக்கூடாது.

2. கணக்குப்பதிவு மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு (Account Registration & Security)

  • எங்கள் வலைத்தளத்தில் ஒரு கணக்கை உருவாக்கும் போது (User Registration) நீங்கள் வழங்கும் தகவல்கள் 100% துல்லியமானதாகவும் தற்போதையதாகவும் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
  • உங்களது கணக்கின் கடவுச்சொல்லை (Password) ரகசியமாக வைத்திருப்பது உங்கள் பொறுப்பாகும், மேலும் அந்த கணக்கின் மூலம் நடக்கும் அனைத்து செயல்பாடுகளுக்கும் நீங்களே பொறுப்பாவீர்கள்.

3. பொருட்கள் மற்றும் விலை விபரங்கள் (Products & Pricing)

  • வலைத்தளத்தில் காட்டப்பட்டுள்ள அனைத்து விலைகளும் இலங்கை ரூபாய் (LKR) மதிப்பில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளன.
  • எவ்வித முன்னறிவிப்புமின்றி எந்த நேரத்திலும் பொருட்களின் விலைகளை மாற்றியமைக்க அல்லது பொருட்களை வலைத்தளத்திலிருந்து நீக்க எங்களுக்கு முழு உரிமை உண்டு.
  • வலைத்தளத்தில் உள்ள பொருட்களின் புகைப்படங்களின் நிறங்கள், நீங்கள் பயன்படுத்தும் கணினி அல்லது தொலைபேசி திரையின் (Screen) தன்மைக்கேற்ப நிஜப் பொருளின் நிறத்திலிருந்து சற்று மாறுபடலாம்.

4. கட்டண முறைகள் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு (Payments & Security via PayHere)

  • எங்கள் வலைத்தளத்தின் அனைத்து பாதுகாப்பான நிதிப் பரிவர்த்தனைகளும் இலங்கையின் முன்னணி மற்றும் மத்திய வங்கியால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட PayHere Payment Gateway சேவையின் மூலம் மட்டுமே மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகின்றன.
  • உங்களது கிரெடிட்/டெபிட் கார்டு விபரங்கள் எதுவும் எங்களது சர்வர்களில் சேமிக்கப்படுவதில்லை, மேலும் அந்தத் தரவுகள் அனைத்தும் PayHere அமைப்பின் மூலம் மிகப்பாதுகாப்பாகச் செயல்படுத்தப்படுகின்றன.

5. விநியோகம் மற்றும் கூரியர் சேவைகள் (Shipping & Delivery)

  • நீங்கள் ஆர்டரை உறுதி செய்ததும், இலங்கையின் நம்பகமான கூரியர் சேவைகள் மூலம் பொருட்கள் உங்களது முகவரிக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படும்.
  • பொருள் கூரியர் சேவையிடம் ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டதும், அதற்கான கண்காணிப்பு எண் (Tracking Number) உங்களது Dashboard (My Account) அல்லது மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரிக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படும்.
  • இயற்கை பேரிடர்கள், ஊரடங்கு உத்தரவு அல்லது கூரியர் நிறுவனங்களின் தாமதங்கள் காரணமாக ஏற்படும் விநியோகத் தாமதங்களுக்கு ZajiMobile பொறுப்பேற்காது.

6. கட்டுப்பாட்டு சட்டம் (Governing Law)

  • இந்த சேவை விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் வலைத்தளத்தின் மூலம் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் அனைத்து பரிவர்த்தனைகளும் இலங்கை குடியரசின் நடைமுறையிலுள்ள சட்டங்களுக்கு உட்பட்டவை ஆகும்.
